Job Summary

The job holder is responsible to respond to a variety of customer requests and inquiries via the telephone or in person over the counter.

Job Requirement

  • Educational Requirements: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing Management or related field of discipline.

  • Work Experience: A minimum of 4 years of Banking work experience as Customer Support Officer or more in relevant position is Mandatory.
