Job Requirements

Qualification:
Education: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or related fields

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, or social media management

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and online advertising

• Experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Ability to create and manage marketing campaigns and promotional content

• Knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and content creation is preferred

• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills

• Ability to identify and develop new market opportunities

• Strong teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for the compan

• Manage and grow the company’s social media presenc

• Create and oversee online promotional campaigns and advertisements

• Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports

• Coordinate branding and customer engagement activities

• Generate leads and support sales growth through digital platforms

• Supervise and guide the digital marketing team
