Moya Food Complex PLC, a growing food manufacturing company, is seeking to recruit a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Finance Professional to lead its finance function. We are looking for a strong leader with proven manufacturing-sector experience who can manage daily financial operations, strengthen internal controls, and successfully lead the company through audits and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance and accounting department.

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including cash flow, payables, receivables, payroll, and general ledger.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.

• Develop budgets, forecasts, and cost-control strategies.

• Ensure accurate inventory accounting and costing within a manufacturing environment.

• Lead internal and external audits, tax reviews, and regulatory reporting.

• Strengthen financial controls, compliance systems, and policies.

• Supervise and develop finance team members.

• Support senior management with strategic financial analysis and decision-making.

• Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance experience.

• Strong prior experience in manufacturing / factory operations is required.

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing finance teams.

• Strong experience handling audits, financial statements, and compliance matters.

• Knowledge of ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Office especially Excel.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
