​Duties & Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term objectives.

• Operational Oversight: Oversee all financial operations, including cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, taxation, banking, and audits.

• Industrial Project Support: Provide financial oversight and support for large-scale industrial projects (paper, glass, and construction-related operations).

• ​Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with Ethiopian tax laws, financial regulations, and internal company policies.

• ​Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study.(Master’s degree is an advantage).

• ​Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years
