Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and accounting records.

• Manage budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning.

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Monitor project costs, operational expenses, and budget utilization.

• Ensure proper financial documentation and compliance with applicable Ethiopian tax requirements.

• Coordinate audit activities and strengthen internal financial controls.

• Analyze financial performance and provide reports to management.

• Guide junior finance personnel and support daily accounting operations.

Job Requirements

Qualification

• Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Accounting and Finance, or a related field.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.

• Strong Microsoft Excel and accounting software skills.

• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.

• High integrity, accuracy, accountability, and time-management skills.

• Relevant experience in telecommunications, technology, trading, or project-based businesses is an advantage.
