Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Senior Finance Officer to join our team in the printing, advertising, and event management industry.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or with related field of study

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Experience in printing, advertising, or event companies is an advantage

Quantity Required: 1

Salary: Negotiable

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cash flow statements

• Manage daily accounting and finance operations

• Monitor company expenses and project costs

• Handle payroll, tax, and bank reconciliations

• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements

• Coordinate with auditors and management

• Monitor payments, receivables, and supplier accounts

• Support procurement and operational budgeting for projects and events

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Good analytical and reporting skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations

• Experience with project-based budgeting and cost control

• Leadership and team supervision experience
