Duties & Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.

  • Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.

  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Chief Executive Officer for decision-making.

Accounting Operations:

  • Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.

  • Manage the preparation and filing of tax returns and other regulatory filings.

Cash Flow Management:

  • Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure liquidity.

  • Prepare cash flow projections and manage cash flow risks.

  • Optimize the company's working capital to improve financial stability.

Internal Controls and Compliance:

  • Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to safeguard the company’s assets.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

  • Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Financial Reporting and Communication:

Job Requirement:

Education and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles. Experience in financial planning, analysis, and risk management. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus. Skills and Competencies

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling. Experience with accounting software and financial management systems.
