Preferred Skills

• A deep understanding of insurance operations, products and contracts

• Familiarity with IFRS, IAS, Audit Standards, Insurance Regulations and other local laws including Ethiopian commercial law.

• Strong analytical skills to identify complex business issues, understand root causes, and develop effective solutions and mitigating actions.

• Professional integrity and high moral standard,

• A commitment to high standards of practice and an independent, unbiased approach to audits

• Proficiency with audit software and data analytics tools to extract insights, identify trends, and provide robust recommendations.

Job Requirement

• Qualification: A minimum of BA/MA/MSC/ degree in Accounting/Accounting and Finance/ Professional Accounting/ Auditing from recognized institutions.

• Experience: A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in audit service/occupation; specially in core insurance operation, with at least 2-years’ service as financial auditor.
