• Participating in the development of foreign procurement strategy and preparing foreign procurement plans.

• Developing and issuing invitations to bid, requests for quotations, and proposals.

• Comparing prices among suppliers and seeking necessary approvals for price changes.

• Ensuring suppliers comply with quality standards and company-approved lists.

• Required Qualification and Work Experience: BA/MA in Supply Chain Management, Management, or related
