Job Requirements

• Qualification/Requirements: Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Business Management or related fields

• Relevant Experience: 4/6 years relevant work experience

• Place of work: Addis Ababa

• Salary: Attractive salary and other benefits package

• Terms of Employment: Permanent after successfully completion of probationary period.

Competencies

• Strong knowledge of general service operations, facility management, and coordination of organizational support services.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills to work effectively with employees, suppliers, and service providers.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to resource management, cost control, and service improvement.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong knowledge of resource allocation, maintenance coordination, inventory control, and administrative support procedures.
