Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.

  • Support recruitment, including job postings, candidate communication, and background checks.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.

  • Monitor attendance and assist with performance appraisals.

  • Support disciplinary actions and provide HR advice to managers and staff.

  • Help manage payroll and benefits to ensure timely, accurate payments.

  • Coordinate training needs assessments and support health and safety initiatives.

  • Assist with salary and contract negotiations under management guidance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HRM or Management related field

  • 4 years' experience and out of these 2 years in a senior position

  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

  • Effective communication skill

  • Result Oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills

  • Strong team player

  • Good facilitation skills

  • Training certificate on HR courses
