Position:
Organization: Segon-Marill International Movers PLC
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
Support recruitment, including job postings, candidate communication, and background checks.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
Monitor attendance and assist with performance appraisals.
Support disciplinary actions and provide HR advice to managers and staff.
Help manage payroll and benefits to ensure timely, accurate payments.
Coordinate training needs assessments and support health and safety initiatives.
Assist with salary and contract negotiations under management guidance.
Bachelor's Degree in HRM or Management related field
4 years' experience and out of these 2 years in a senior position
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Effective communication skill
Result Oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills
Strong team player
Good facilitation skills
Training certificate on HR courses
