Allin Global Trading PLC is looking for a seasoned and versatile Senior HR & General Service Expert to lead our human resources functions and oversee essential administrative operations. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at balancing personnel management with the logistical needs of a growing business.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from drafting vacancy announcements to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding of new staff.

  • Contract Administration: Draft and manage employment contracts, work experience letters, and various internal personnel memorandums.

  • Performance Management: Develop and implement employee evaluation systems and handle disciplinary procedures in accordance with Ethiopian Labor Law.

  • Payroll & Benefits: Oversee monthly payroll processing, pension clearances, and employee insurance administration.

  • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance staff productivity.

General Services & Administration:

  • Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and security of company offices, warehouses, and industrial facilities.

  • Resource Procurement: Manage the purchase and distribution of office supplies, furniture, and equipment.

  • Fleet & Logistics: Coordinate company vehicle schedules, fuel management, and maintenance.

  • Liaison Works: Represent the company at government offices (e.g., Labor and Social Affairs, Tax authorities) for administrative clearances and renewals.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Public Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 years in a senior or supervisory role.

  • Technical Knowledge:

    • Thorough understanding of Ethiopian Labor Law and civil service regulations.

    • Experience in drafting formal minutes of association and commercial agreements.

    • Familiarity with safety and health standards for office and industrial environments.

  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

    • Exceptional drafting and reporting skills in both Amharic and English.

    • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
