• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

• Coordinate employee performance appraisal processes and provide coaching/support to managers.

• Handle employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.

• Oversee employee benefits administration and payroll coordination.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

• Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

• Maintain employee records and prepare regular HR reports.

• Assist in HR-related projects and change management initiatives.

Support senior management with HR insights and data for decision-making

Manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance appraisal, KPI development, training needs assessment and HR records.

Understanding of payroll administration, employee benefits, allowances, deductions and statutory requirements.

Good knowledge of Ethiopian Labour Proclamation and applicable employment regulations.

Understanding of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001

Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel), and HR/ERP systems.

Job Requirements
