Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and workforce planning aligned with organizational strategy.

• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and staffing to meet operational needs.

• Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, counseling, and grievance handling.

• Lead talent development and training initiatives to close performance gaps.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal HR policies, and ethical standards.

• Manage payroll processes, benefits administration, and performance evaluations.

• Maintain HR information systems, personnel records, and reporting.

• Advise and provide guidance to management and staff on complex HR issues.

Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

• Experience: 4 years
