Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, counseling, and grievance handling.
Lead talent development and training initiatives to close performance gaps.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal HR policies, and ethical standards.
Manage payroll processes, benefits administration, and performance evaluations.
Maintain HR information systems, personnel records, and reporting.
Advise and provide guidance to management and staff on complex HR issues.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
