Position:

Overview: The Senior HR Officer will oversee HR functions, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role is vital in promoting a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement.
Reports to: HR Manager
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate training programs.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in benefits administration and payroll processing.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in recruitment and employee relations.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
