Overview: The Senior HR Officer will oversee HR functions, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role is vital in promoting a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement.

Reports to: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution.

  • Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate training programs.

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.

  • Assist in benefits administration and payroll processing.

  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Experience in recruitment and employee relations.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
