Anbessa Travel & Car Rental is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Human Capital Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent aligned with the company’s vision and strategic objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic human capital plans.

  • Lead and improve talent acquisition processes to attract high-quality candidates.

  • Conduct periodic reviews of recruitment policies and update them based on best practices.

  • Analyze workforce data and prepare workforce analytics reports.

  • Support the planning and implementation of short, medium, and long-term workforce needs.

  • Assist in implementing the Company’s reward management system.

  • Design and facilitate assessment center activities such as aptitude tests, interviews, and psychometric testing.

  • Provide shared HR services including payroll processing.

  • Consolidate company-wide training needs and assist in developing training programs.

  • Support performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.

  • Conduct impact assessments for training programs and suggest areas of improvement.

  • Support orientation, onboarding, and internal knowledge transfer activities.

  • Draft training procurement specifications and coordinate with external service providers.

  • Prepare clear and accurate HR reports and documentation.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related fields.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in human capital or HR roles.
