Position:
Organization: Enat Bank
Identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and surveys of employees, managers and suggestion from EMT.
Design and develop training programs that meet the identified needs/gaps.
Deliver training programs using a variety of methods according to the bank’s rule, regulations and demand.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback from participants and measuring the impact of training on employee performance and productivity.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in training and development.
Partner with other departments/district/branches to ensure that training programs are aligned with the Bank’s overall goals and objectives.
Perform other duties as required.
Desired Skills and Experience
Strong experience in designing and delivering training programs using a variety of methods.
Experience with developing and implementing individual learning plans.
Experience with evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
TOT certification from recognized organization.
BA degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration Leadership, or other related fields with 5.5 years of experience or MBA/MA in the same field with 3.5 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry, of which at least 2 years as a relevant officer position
