Essential Function

• Identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and surveys of employees, managers and suggestion from EMT.

• Design and develop training programs that meet the identified needs/gaps.

• Deliver training programs using a variety of methods according to the bank’s rule, regulations and demand.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback from participants and measuring the impact of training on employee performance and productivity.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in training and development.

• Partner with other departments/district/branches to ensure that training programs are aligned with the Bank’s overall goals and objectives.

• Perform other duties as required.

 Desired Skills and Experience

• Strong experience in designing and delivering training programs using a variety of methods.

• Experience with developing and implementing individual learning plans.

• Experience with evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• TOT certification from recognized organization.

Job Requirements

• BA degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration Leadership, or other related fields with 5.5 years of experience or MBA/MA in the same field with 3.5 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry, of which at least 2 years as a relevant officer position
