Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team and manage all aspects of HR functions. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing HR policies, programs and initiatives that align with the company’s goals and objectives. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in leading and managing a diverse team and a track record of implementing best practices in HR functions

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or with related field of study

Experience:

  • 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management 

  • Experience in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives

  • Experience in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the HR team, including recruitment, training, performance management and career development 

  • Create and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards 

  • Develop and execute HR programs and initiatives to support the company’s goals and objectives 

  • Advise and provide guidance to senior management and other stakeholders on HR matters 

  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures 

  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and negotiations 

  • Manage employee retention and engagement initiatives, including employee recognition and rewards programs 

  • Manage HR compliance requirements, including HR audits and reporting 

  • Analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, and provide recommendations for improvement 

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and employment laws and regulations

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing a team

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines 

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing HR metrics
