  1. Identify and compile vacant positions, prepare internal and external advertisement in line with plan and budget of the year.

  2.  Announce external vacancies; in the absence of internal means and make follow up on the registration of adequate candidates.

  3. Handle and/or participate in the short listing of suitable candidates for further screening by way of interview and/or entrance test.

  4. Verify and Complete employment formalities such as employment form, agreement form, Insurance form, pre-employment medical examination, pension form and guarantor as applicable.

  5.  Prepare examination and/or participate to identify and select appropriate candidate for the position.

  6. Conduct examination with the committee and Prepare minutes for approval.

  7. Issue letters of recruitment for the selected candidate after the fulfillment prerequisite criteria.

  8.  Conduct induction program for newly recruited employees.

  9. Sort out and identify employees who could occupy vacant posts by way of transfer.

  10. Make follow up on the timely completion of performance appraisal by different work units and analyze the results.

  11. Facilitate and make follow up on the disciplinary cases and measures to be taken.

  12. Assist in the granting of bonus, salary increment and other benefits.

  13. Make follow up on staff retirement and ensure employees are pensioned on the right time.

  14. Facilitate termination of employment contract.

  15. Facilitate staff medical insurance and staff loan as per the policy of the Company.

  16. Draft and write different letters and correspondences for employees and work units.

  17. Undertake training need assessment and identify target group for specific training programmed.

  18. Organize training programmers in a way that arrange venue, time frame, and teaching aid as required.

  19. Sort and compile statistical data in respect of training and education provided and acquired in different periods.

  20. Prepare quarter, semi-annual and annual progress reports.

  21. Participate in Human Resource plan and budget preparation.

  22. Follow-up that proclamation of the country and manual of the company in respect of human resource are properly respected.

  23. Perform other related duties as assigned.
