As part of its expansion program, the company invites qualified, competent, and motivated professionals to apply for the following position:

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and follow up on day-to-day import and export operations.

  • Prepare, review, and maintain import and export documentation.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, international buyers, customs, banks, shipping lines, freight forwarders, transit agents, and government authorities.

  • Follow up export shipments from cargo preparation through final delivery.

  • Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, Bills of Lading, quality certificates, phytosanitary certificates, customs documents, and other required documents.

  • Monitor customs clearance, transportation, port, and transit activities.

  • Coordinate container booking, loading, sealing, shipment schedules, and Bill of Lading issuance.

  • Follow up with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transit agents, and other logistics service providers.

  • Support export sales activities and international customer communication when required.

  • Monitor import/export payment documentation and coordinate with the Finance Department.

  • Follow up on export proceeds and outstanding documentation.

  • Coordinate with ECX and other relevant authorities where applicable.

  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, documents, contracts, and transactions.

  • Assist in monitoring export costs and shipment profitability.

  • Prepare regular shipment and operational reports for management.

  • Ensure all import and export activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of directly related professional experience in import/export, international trade, logistics, or a related field.

  • Practical experience in export documentation and shipment coordination.

  • Experience in representing and preparing the company for local and international exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and other business events.

  • Expertise in digital marketing.

  • Experience dealing with customs, banks, shipping lines, freight forwarders, transit agents, and government authorities.

  • Experience in agricultural commodity exports such as coffee, sesame, pulses, oilseeds, or other export commodities is an advantage.

  • Good knowledge of import/export procedures and international trade documentation.

  • Strong organizational, coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.

  • Good written and spoken English.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.
