Job Requirements The successful candidate should possess a BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in System Administration, particularly in CBS-related roles within the banking or microfinance sector, including at least 3 years in a senior related position. Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain IT systems, administer core banking systems, troubleshoot technical issues, ensure system security and reliability, oversee IT infrastructure, and provide effective technical leadership is essential.
