Support IT service operations with advanced responsibility in incident, problem, and change management. Ensure effective service request fulfillment, monitor service quality, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Provide technical guidance to junior officers and assist in maintaining service reporting and performance metrics.

Job Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields of studies 

  • 6/4 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years in  professional positions
