Conduct regular assessments and collaborate with department heads and HR partners to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization.
Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and technologies to engage learners effectively.
Create and maintain training materials, presentations, and other learning resources to support the delivery of training programs.
Conduct training sessions for employees and managers, both in-person and virtually, ensuring the content is delivered engagingly and effectively.
Leverage technology and e-learning platforms to deliver and track training activities efficiently.
Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to reinforce learning and enhance knowledge retention.
Design evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback from participants to continuously improve the learning experience.
Contribute to the development of the organization's learning strategy and suggest innovative approaches to enhance the learning culture.
Collaborate with external vendors and training partners to leverage external expertise and resources when necessary.
