Raval Steel Manufacturing PLC, located in the Bahir Dar Industry Zone, is the largest steel factory in the Amhara Region, producing high-quality steel products for the local and regional market.
The Senior Local Purchaser will take a lead role in the procurement of goods and services, managing key supplier relationships, and ensuring the best value in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.

Job Requirement:

Qualifications & Requirements

• BA degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ procurement experience in a manufacturing company.
• Proven track record in high-value procurement and supplier management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement local sourcing strategies.
• Lead complex negotiations with local suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
• Mentor junior purchasing staff.
• Coordinate with internal departments to forecast and meet material requirements.
