Job Requirements The successful candidate should possess a TVET Level IV Certificate in Automotive Technology or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience. Experience working in construction companies is mandatory. Demonstrated expertise in vehicle maintenance, automotive repair and diagnostics, fleet management, heavy equipment and vehicle servicing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical supervision is essential. Strong practical skills, leadership ability, problem-solving, attention to detail, and knowledge of automotive systems and construction industry vehicle operations are highly desirable.
