• Overseeing and managing day-to-day maintenance operations to ensure facility and equipment reliability.

• Supervising maintenance technicians and staff, including training, mentoring, performance reviews, and managing work assignments.

• Conducting regular inspections and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or other specialized systems.

• Developing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance and safety.
