Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Multitasking: Simultaneously manage marketing and sales cycles for both the hardware and culinary segments.

• Adaptive Branding: Pivot messaging effectively between professional tradespeople (tools) and home bakers (ingredients).

• Lead Generation & Flexibility: Identify and convert B2B opportunities across diverse industries, from construction sites to commercial bakeries.

• Campaign Execution: Lead "Demo Days" for tools and "Baking Workshops" for ingredients, maintaining high energy in both settings.

• Market Agility: Stay open-minded to shifting market trends, adjusting pricing and product lines based on real-time competitor data.

• Team Support: Coordinate with sales staff to ensure marketing reflects ground-level reality.
