Duty Station: Addis Ababa, around Welo Sefer /Bole Printing building.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

• Conduct market research and identify new business and market opportunities.

• Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

• Strengthen the company's brand visibility, market positioning, and customer engagement.

• Develop marketing content and promotional materials in collaboration with relevant teams.

• Manage and enhance the company's digital presence, including social media platforms.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

• Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.

• Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports and recommendations.

• Work closely with the Sales and other departments to support business development and revenue growth.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in technology trading, or related industries.

• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, market research, branding, and digital marketing.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
