Role Overview

Mansen Investments PLC is seeking an experienced and highly strategic Senior Marketing Officer with deep expertise in the ceramic and porcelain industry. This role goes far beyond traditional sales and promotional activities. We are looking for a marketing professional who can independently drive brand growth, develop strategic partnerships, create innovative market positioning, and structure the company’s marketing direction with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate must be capable of combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution while contributing to long-term business growth, brand recognition, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans and campaigns; 

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing systems and business development strategies with minimal supervision; 

• Drive brand development, positioning, and market visibility for ceramic and porcelain products; 

• Identify and establish relationships with potential business partners, distributors, developers, architects, designers, and institutional clients; 

• Develop innovative approaches to expand market share and strengthen the company’s competitive advantage; 

• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities; 

• Manage and oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, online campaigns, branding content, and lead generation initiatives; 

• Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and industry-related forums; 

• Work closely with sales and management teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives; 

• Prepare and oversee marketing materials, presentations, catalogs, and promotional tools; 

• Track marketing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness while recommending improvements; 

• Mentor and support junior marketing personnel and contribute to building a high-performing marketing department; 

• Contribute to strategic decision-making related to product positioning, customer engagement, and market penetration; 

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; 

• 6-8 years of marketing experience within the ceramic and porcelain industry (MANDATORY);

• Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing within construction materials, finishing materials, or interior design sectors; 

• Demonstrated experience in brand building and strategic marketing management; 

• Proven ability to independently develop and execute marketing initiatives beyond routine sales activities; 

• Strong business development and partnership-building capabilities; 

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills; 

• Ability to think strategically while remaining execution-oriented; 

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. 

Preferred Skills

• Established network within architecture, construction, real estate, or interior design sectors; 

• Strong creativity and branding sense with attention to visual presentation and design; 

• Experience in developing marketing structures, processes, and operational systems; 

• Familiarity with ERP systems; 

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing functions.
