  • Perform mechanical maintenance and repair support for vehicles, machinery, and generators.

  • Liaise effectively with relevant departments to ensure timely maintenance services.

  • Execute assigned maintenance duties in accordance with work plans and schedules.

  • Carry out daily work orders and ensure timely completion.

  • Meet with internal or external clients to understand mechanical issues and concerns.

  • Inspect machines and oversee diagnostic tests to identify functionality problems.

  • Develop and implement action plans for maintenance tasks and equipment upgrades.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and reports.

  • Provide advice on preventive maintenance and proper machine operation.

  • Support and assist in training Apprentice Mechanics.

  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports as required.

  • Promote safe, responsible work practices and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • TVET/ Diploma  in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

 Experience

  • Minimum of two to four  (2-4) years relevant work experience in mechanical maintenance and repair.

  • Experience in generator maintenance is a plus. 

  • construction Machinery Experience is advantageous.
