Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-performance, code-compliant, and cost-effective solutions across all project phases—from concept to commissioning.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop mechanical system concepts and detailed designs using BIM tools.

• Prepare specifications, schematics, and construction documentation.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, energy standards, and sustainability goals.

• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors.

• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and oversee commissioning.

• Integrate passive design strategies and energy modelling.

• Evaluate and specify low-carbon technologies (e.g., heat pumps, energy recovery systems).

• Mentor junior engineers and oversee internal quality reviews.

• Serve as primary point of contact for mechanical discipline with clients and consultants.

• Present technical solutions and reports to stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Educational background in a related field of study

• Experience: 5 years and above.
