Position:

Analyze critical points in day-to-day tasks through experience and observation and identify control measures to solve the issue
Evaluate and determine the stability of products and materials and set standards in accordance with the collected data.
Responsible keeping specification and test methods available in the laboratory for raw materials, intermediary products, bulk products, and finished products with the SOP for in process control.
Responsible for keeping the schedule of testing and on time release of results so as not to hinder production schedule.
Responsible in observing, segregation from quarantine, approved and rejected area for incoming raw materials, intermediate and finished goods.
Responsible for accepting or rejecting or reworking products that are processed or cease the production process if needed.
Responsible for accepting or rejecting incoming and soiled raw materials with necessary test result supporting the recommendation.
Responsible for checking batch records from process and packing in collaboration with quality assurance and production.
Read and understand SOP and checklist for housekeeping
Visit the warehouses (raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods warehouse), process/production area, packaging area, laboratory at regular intervals and perform checks based on the housekeeping checklist to ensure food safety
Ensure workplace is maintained in a clean and tidy order to meet workplace standards and that the waste is disposed following industry standards
Inform the department supervisor in case of any deviation, suggest/ recommend corrective actions
Ensure recommended corrective action has been implemented
Carry out internal audit on housekeeping to ensure safety and hygiene system are in place
Implement and monitor food safety in food processing unit
BSC in Biology and Food Science with Minimum of Two years for senior position
