The Senior MIS Officer, under the supervision of the Manager, MIS Division, is responsible for overseeing the bank’s Management Information System (MIS) activities, analyzing data, and producing a wide range of reports to support informed decision-making. The role designs and maintains reporting formats to ensure efficient MIS service, provides technical guidance and support to business units in generating accurate reports, and contributes to system enhancements and data quality initiatives. Additionally, the Senior MIS Officer ensures compliance with IT and organizational standards to deliver reliable, timely, and actionable information that supports both operational and strategic objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/ Information Technology or other closely related fields.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking sector, of which at least 2 years in officer position.
