Job Summary

The senior Odoo functional consultant owns the business side of NTPLC's Odoo ERP: analyzing processes, configuring modules, training users, and turning department needs into working ERP solutions across all branches.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes in finance, procurement, inventory, fleet, HR/payroll, sales, and maintenance and map them to Odoo.

• Configure Odoo modules, workflows, approval rules, access rights, and reports according to approved requirements.

• Prefer standard Odoo functionality before customization; write clear functional specifications for developers when needed.

• Lead requirement gathering, gap analysis, UAT, data migration, and go-live for new modules and upgrades.

• Train and support end users and module owners across HQ and branches; prepare user manuals.

• Provide second-level functional support and resolve ERP issues within agreed service levels.

• Ensure data quality, master-data governance, and adherence to the ERP module ownership matrix.

• Stay current with new Odoo versions and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements

• BA/BSc in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of ERP implementation or functional consulting experience, of which at least 3 years are hands-on with Odoo.

• Proven involvement in at least three full-cycle Odoo implementations (Odoo 17 or later versions preferred).

• Odoo Functional Certification is an advantage.
