Job Purpose:- To provide complex structural engineering design analysis, and design, calculate, execute, and manage the preparation of drawings and specifications. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Guides and monitor site engineers during project life cycle that includes review in depth assessment report and make sure that all needed quantitative and qualitative data about each identified project idea is collected by site engineer, and construction activities processes are according to project plans,

• Reviews project technical specification, bill of quantities (BoQs) and drawing prepared by site engineer and coordinate and collect technical data from the relevant site engineer for any modifications or amendments, 

• Follow up the process of project technical documents approval,

• Make sure that all construction project is designed according to standard requirements for the project and in comply with applicable standards specification, 

• Provides technical support to engineers, including drafting and interpreting engineering drawings, preparing cost estimates, and managing engineering projects, 

• Coordinates with other functions to ensure that engineering projects are completed on time and within budget, 

• Prepares reports and presentations on engineering projects,

• Prepares the construction method statements and risk assessments, and develop work methods and temporary works necessary for your area, 

• Prepares temporary works drawings and site related design drawings, 

• Develops the job safety analysis, 

• Follow up on the permanent work design and coordinate this with the site,

• Prepares work requisition for all required permanent materials, and prepare material submittals and follow-up of the approval process,

• Maintains engineering records and documentation, 

• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
