Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Senior Operations Officer to oversee and strengthen day-to-day operational activities across the organization. The role requires strong coordination, problem-solving, reporting, and follow-up capabilities to ensure efficient execution of company operations and continuous improvement across departments.

The ideal candidate should be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating cross-functional activities, monitoring operational performance, and supporting management in driving efficiency, accountability, and service quality.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Logistics & Supply Chain or with related field of study

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant operational or administrative experience.

  • Experience in multi-department operational coordination is highly preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities across departments.

  • Ensure operational processes are implemented efficiently and consistently.

  • Follow up on departmental plans, tasks, and deadlines.

  • Prepare operational reports, summaries, and management updates.

  • Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.

  • Support implementation of operational policies, procedures, and systems.

  • Coordinate internal communication and operational follow-ups between departments.

  • Monitor resource utilization and operational efficiency.

  • Assist management in strategic and operational planning activities.

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards.

  • Support project execution and operational tracking.

  • Conduct regular operational reviews and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Track KPIs and operational performance indicators.

  • Support risk identification and operational issue resolution.

  • Maintain proper operational documentation and records.
