Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or with related field of study

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in process optimization, production improvement, or operational excellence in the FMCG manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Experience in a plastic manufacturing company, particularly with injection molding processes, is an advantage.
