Are you a passionate pastry chef ready to lead, innovate, and make your mark? Lalo Bake is looking for an experienced Senior Pastry and Bakery Chef to head our production kitchen in Lebu Varnero. This is a key leadership role where you’ll have creative freedom, a stable platform, and the opportunity to shape the dessert and bread identity of a rising brand.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and inspire a dedicated pastry and bakery team

• Design and execute seasonal menus featuring Mold Cakes, French pastry, artisan bread, and plated desserts

• Ensure consistency, quality, and stunning presentation in every product

• Implement and uphold HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards

• Manage cost control, inventory, and waste reduction with full operational support

• Collaborate with management on new product launches and continuous improvement

• Work closely with procurement to source premium ingredients and equipment

What You Bring

• Proven experience in high-volume pastry/bakery leadership

• Strong expertise in both pastry and artisan bread

• Formal culinary training and HACCP knowledge (preferred)

• A hands-on leader who can develop local talent and elevate a team
