Location: Ethiopia, Sheger City Administration – Legetafo Legedadi
QuaLabels Manufacturers Plc is a fast-growing B2B manufacturer serving leading clients in Ethiopia. We specialise in paper packaging, flexible printing, and sustainable packaging solutions. We are recruiting a Senior Planner to lead forecasting and production planning across our gravure, offset, and converting operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Translate customer forecasts into production schedules across printing and converting lines.

• Prepare and monitor daily/weekly/monthly plans considering capacity, make-ready, and maintenance.

• Align schedules with cylinder/plate readiness and material availability.

• Track and report KPIs: plan adherence, OEE, efficiency, and waste.

• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Inventory, and Production to ensure on-time delivery.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in production planning, preferably in printing/packaging or FMCG.

• Strong knowledge of forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and ERP systems.

Skills

• Advanced Excel & ERP proficiency.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination across departments.
