Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, design, finance, and manufacturing throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Plan and manage product development projects, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful completion.

• Conduct product testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure products meet safety and performance standards.

• Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, promotion, sales forecasting, and launch activities.

Job Requirement

• Education: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking and Finance, Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

• Experience: 6-4 years
