The Senior Product Management Officer in the Business Analysis and Digital Transformation department works closely with the Director, business stakeholders, and product teams to manage product life cycles. This role ensures that all product initiatives are aligned with business objectives, address customer pain points, and meet market expectations. The officer collaborates with project managers to ensure timely delivery and works alongside system architects, data scientists, and development teams to clarify requirements and refine product designs. Additionally, the Senior Product Management Officer aids executive decision-making by providing market insights, performing competitor analysis, and crafting unique selling points (USPs) to differentiate the company’s offerings. This position reports directly to the Director of Business Analysis and Digital Transformation.

Job Requirements

• BA/MA/MBA in Marketing Management, Management or related fields of studies 

• 5/3 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years in officer position
