Position: Senior Project Manager

Location: Dukem, Oromia Region, Ethiopia

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction and facility- related projects.

• Manage teams of engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.

• Oversee project progress, budgets, and timelines while upholding quality and safety standards.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to align project goals with company objectives.

• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology and Management (CoTM).

• Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in the construction sector.

• At least 4 years of experience in a project management or leadership role overseeing large-scale construction or industrial projects.

• Strong knowledge of project planning, resource management, cost control, and contract administration.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
