Senior Project sales and Bid Expert

  • Identifying potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in target businesses

  • Presenting and demonstrating product offerings to potential clients

  • Negotiating contract terms and pricing with clients

  • Closing sales deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Working closely with the marketing team to develop sales collaterals and promotional materials

  • Providing after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction

  • Gathering market and customer information to provide feedback on buying trends

  • Maintaining accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other important data

  • Creating detailed proposal documents and delivering presentations

  • Manage the end-to-end bid process

  • Work with the Sales lead to develop a clear win strategy for each bid and ensure win themes are clear and compelling

  • Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues

  • Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all products / services are included in the final price to the customer

  • Manage the bid budget and monitor and report on overall performance against KPIs

  • Ensure timescales are achieved at each step of the bid process, including all internal governance, while taking the initiative in setting realistic deadlines

  • Ensure on-time submission of compliant and commercially sound bids

  • Co-ordinate and plan all client presentations required as part of the bid submission

  • Drive continuous improvement through post-bid reviews, both internally and with customers

Job Requirements

4/6 years and above related working experience 

BA Degree: MA/ MBA or BA in Business and related studies

Work experience in B2B, B2C, and Related, preferably in paint, granite, and marble products
