We are seeking an experienced and professional with 2+ years of experience in project sales. The ideal candidate will be a proven performer who can autonomously manage key accounts, develop new business, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. This will be achieved through strong industry knowledge, effective client relationship management, excellent communication, strong planning, adaptability, and professional integrity.
Quantity Required: 3
Independently drive sales by managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities with architects, contractors, interior designers, and developers.
Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and professional integrity.
Conduct professional presentations, clearly communicating the aesthetic, functional, and technical benefits of our products.
Prepare comprehensive quotations and proposals, and manage negotiations to close deals.
Utilize CAD/3D modeling skills (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD) or graphic design tools (Adobe Suite) to create high-quality visuals, mood boards, and material boards to help clients visualize product integrations.
Meticulously track project requirements, deadlines, and material specifications from lead to completion.
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, production) to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Analyze industry trends, monitor competitor activity, and understand client needs to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategy.
Education: Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in project sales, preferably within the furniture, construction materials, or related industries. A proven track record of achieving sales targets is essential.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CAD, 3D visualization, or Adobe tools (Photoshop/Illustrator).
Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and their applications.
