Position:
Organization: Berhan Insurance S.C
Oversee property lease agreements and renewals
Manage property records, contracts, and documentation
Coordinate property maintenance and repair activities
Monitor compliance with property laws and regulations
Supervise property inspections and audits
Liaise with tenants, contractors, and service providers
Prepare budgets and monitor property-related expenses
Handle tenant queries, complaints, and conflict resolution
Educational Qualification: BA in Management/ Purchasing and Supplies Management or related
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience as Property Administration Officer preferably in insurance industry is advantageous
Place of work: Head Office
