Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee property lease agreements and renewals

  • Manage property records, contracts, and documentation

  • Coordinate property maintenance and repair activities

  • Monitor compliance with property laws and regulations

  • Supervise property inspections and audits

  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and service providers

  • Prepare budgets and monitor property-related expenses

  • Handle tenant queries, complaints, and conflict resolution

Job Requirement

  • Educational Qualification: BA in Management/ Purchasing and Supplies Management or related

  • Experience:  5 years of relevant experience as Property Administration Officer preferably in insurance industry is advantageous
