Job Title: Senior Recruitment & Onboarding Officer
Senior Recruitment and onboarding Officer manages & handles the full recruitment lifecycle for all roles within the organization, from talent sourcing to candidate selection and onboarding. This role plays a key part in ensuring that the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent while providing an excellent candidate experience. The Senior Recruitment & Onboarding Officer will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to create streamlined, efficient, and effective recruitment strategies, ensuring new hires are smoothly transitioned into the company culture.

Skills & Qualifications:
Education: BA in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: A minimum of 6 years’ Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Development, and Performance Management relevant experience in recruitment and onboarding, with a focus on senior-level recruitment.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles.
Job Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Deep understanding of recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, and employment laws.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in recruitment.
Experience with HR analytics and reporting
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
Work with department Managers and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and plan talent acquisition efforts accordingly.
Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and compelling job descriptions.
Manage the job posting process across multiple LinkedIn, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, social media, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
Conduct thorough screening of applications, resumes, and portfolios to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessing candidates' skills, cultural fit, attitude, and alignment with the company's values.
Provide recommendations and feedback to hiring managers regarding candidate selection.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure that candidates receive timely updates and feedback during each stage of the hiring process.
Monitor and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate.
Provide regular updates and reports to HR leadership regarding recruitment activities and progress.
Design, implement, and improve the organization's onboarding program to ensure a positive and seamless new hire experience.
Ensure all onboarding materials, documentation, and resources are up to date and aligned with company policies.
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation sessions, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and that new hires are fully integrated into the company.
Provide new employees with key information about company policies, culture, and organizational structure.
Ensure that all logistics for new hires are set up before their first day (e.g., IT setup, office space, equipment, etc.).
Maintain close communication with new hires before their start date to provide a positive onboarding experience.
Partner with HR Learning & Development teams to deliver relevant training during the onboarding process.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs and propose improvements as necessary.
Work collaboratively with HR colleagues to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company.
Provide support on HR-related administrative tasks and initiatives as required.
Identify areas for improvement within recruitment and onboarding processes and suggest solutions.
Ensure recruitment and onboarding practices are compliant with labor laws, company policies, and best practices
