Job Requirements

Education:

• Master's Degree or PhD in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, Counseling, or with related field of study 

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in psychosocial support, case management, and rehabilitation
• Proven experience in supervising, coaching, and building the capacity of multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable women and girls in high- risk contexts
• Strong experience in teaching or delivering training on psychosocial support, case management, gender-sensitive rehabilitation, and related areas

Location: Addis Ababa

Employment Type: Contract (8 month contract)

Salary: Based on the project scale

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training, regular coaching, mentoring, and supportive supervision to rehabilitation staff
• Establish and strengthen coordinated multidisciplinary collaboration across departments
• Lead regular case discussions and multidisciplinary case management meetings to ensure integrated service delivery
• Support onboarding and capacity building of newly recruited staff
• Promote standardized, high-quality service delivery across all departments
• Advise management on best practices in rehabilitation programming and service quality improvement
