Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Retail Manager to oversee store operations, staff management, and customer experience. The role involves recruiting and training employees, driving sales performance, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with proven experience in retail or sales management, preferably in the mobile phone or FMCG industry.
Specific Duties and responsibility
Motivating and coaching staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback.
Scheduling and managing staff time.
Ensuring smooth store operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and managing inventory.
Monitoring sales data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve sales and profitability.
Managing stock levels, ordering merchandise, and ensuring proper display and presentation.
Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
Creating a positive and welcoming shopping experience for customers.
Resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitoring customer feedback and implementing improvements.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.
Organizing sales promotions, in-store events, and marketing campaigns.
Monitoring sales performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
Managing the store's budget and expenses.
Ensuring accurate cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) operations.
Preparing reports on sales, expenses, and inventory.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Job Requirements
Requirements
BA degree or MA in marketing Business Administration or related field or above
education; At least 3-8 years staff management, preferably with marketing and selling environment and the mobile phone industry is Advantageous.
Required Skill
Good at Microsoft office software and data analysis.
The strong execution, responsive, good communication, love sales work;
Conform to the related regulations of the company.
Can work under the pressure
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the company standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Having a good sense of selling and serving;
Being talkative & taking initiatives;
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
