• Academic Qualification: PhD/Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, and Finance, Accounting, Financial, Business Management, Management or in a related field

• General Experience: 2/6/8 years of relevant years of relevant work experience respectively

Training

• A two-week training program is mandatory for revenue analysis problem-solving, interpersonal skills, data analytics, stakeholder coordination, standards, financial modeling, analytical software, and soft skills to enhance competitiveness

• Afaan Oromo (Listening. Speaking, Writing and Reading Skills) is Mandatory.
