Job Summary:

The Senior Risk & Compliance Officer ensures the institution operates within regulatory frameworks by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks while maintaining compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement risk management frameworks
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct risk assessments and internal audits
• Identify operational and financial risks
• Prepare and present risk reports to management
• Strengthen internal control and compliance systems

Qualifications & Requirements:

• BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience
• At least 2 years in risk management/compliance (MFI preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Location: Addis Ababa
Salary: 27,000 ETB + allowances
